Welcome to the inaugural edition of the Leadership Perspectives, a blog for leaders.
I’m an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Consult, and the founder of Peeler Associates, a firm that helps leaders clarify objectives, find engagement, improve interpersonal effectiveness, and attain their goals. We offer executive coaching, team development, custom workshops and seminars, leadership assessment, business retreats, and keynote, conference and meeting presentations.
I know what it’s like to face the challenges that leaders inevitably face. Prior to starting Peeler Associates I was in the corporate leadership trenches as a Managing Director for an international direct marketing and communications firm. Today, in addition to leading Peeler Associates, I work as a leader in the community, on boards, committees, and grass roots endeavors.
In this space I’ll share with you what I’ve learned, what I’m reading, and what I am continuing to learn about leadership. I’ll share resources, quotes, and experiences. Hopefully, I’ll challenge the way that you think about leadership and give you new ideas to ponder.
