Marie Peeler of Peeler Associates Selected for MA Conference for Women’s July Radio Show

PEMBROKE, MA – Marie Peeler, CEO of Peeler Associates, recently participated in the Massachusetts Conference for Women’s July radio program, “Office Hours.” Peeler provided her insight on managing relationships with co-workers as the International Coaching Federation New England (ICFNE) representative this month.

In her discussion with host Samantha Ettus, Peeler focused on tips and strategies for how to develop meaningful relationships, create supportive and successful relationships, and build influence and deepen effectiveness with co-workers.

The program originally aired July 17, and is now available as a podcast from the Massachusetts Conference for Women (and at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/conferencesforwomen/2013/07/17/july-office-hours–managing-relationship-with-coworkers).

“I was glad to have the opportunity to reach the listeners of the Massachusetts Conference for Women’s ‘Office Hours,’ offered Peeler. “Many women attempt to build relationships by attempting to ‘please’ others, but over time such behavior can actually erode relationships.

“Instead, women can cultivate and practice key skills and behaviors to build real relationships and genuine influence, by establishing connections with others, speaking with authenticity, maintaining a results focus, and working sustainably.”
