PEMBROKE, MA – The South Shore Chamber of Commerce recently recognized member Marie Peeler, CEO of Peeler Associates, as the organization’s “Rookie of the Year.” Peeler Associates is an executive coaching and leadership development firm working with individuals and organizations to increase their business effectiveness. Peeler earned this award through her work with the Chamber’s Ambassador program.

As a South Shore Chamber Ambassador, Peeler helps to recruit and engage new members. In her first full year in the role, Peeler was named Ambassador of the Month four times – in May, July, November and December. No other Ambassador was recognized as frequently in 2012.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by the South Shore Chamber with this distinction,” shared Peeler. “I truly believe in the power of the Chamber to help improve South Shore businesses, and so find it easy, enjoyable and rewarding to tout the benefits of the organization to prospective members.
