Peeler will lead the workshop, “How to Be an Emotionally Intelligent Leader (and Why).”
MASSBUYS XVIII is hosted by the Operational Services Division and is the largest business-to-government tradeshow in Massachusetts, offering a unique opportunity to network with both public procurement officials and the supplier community.
Peeler’s interactive workshop will help leaders understand what it means to be “emotionally intelligent” as well as why it’s important to improve this area of intellect. Peeler will also identify for participants strategies they can use to increase their own emotional intelligence, and thereby anticipate better results.
