PEMBROKE, MA – Marie Peeler, CEO of Peeler Associates, an executive coaching and leadership development firm working with individuals and organizations to increase their leadership effectiveness, was recently granted a three-year renewal of her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

The PCC credential is granted to proven coaches who meet a rigorous standard of education and coaching experience. To renew her credentials, Peeler was required to complete 40 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCE). Her credential has been extended to December 31, 2017.

In addition to her PCC credential, Peeler is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program, which is an ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). She is also holder of the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Master Practitioner Credential.

“The education I have received while pursuing my PCC Credential has been incredibly valuable,” said Peeler. “This experience positions my practice to better aid clients seeking assistance with interpersonal effectiveness, decision-making skills, and additional leadership characteristics.”

The ICF was founded in 1995 as a nonprofit organization for fellow coaches to support each other and grow their profession. Membership now numbers more than 20,000 and the organization focuses on professional standards while maintaining a solid direction, presence, and professional voice for coaches.
