Executive coach with 20+ years helping leaders thrive through clarity, growth, and balance.

I help corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial leaders enhance their leadership effectiveness, focus on what matters most, and achieve results. Coaching is a highly targeted approach to professional and personal development — clarifying goals, creating action plans, strengthening relationships, and achieving objectives.
Leaders use coaching to grow their skills and overcome specific challenges, unlocking greater impact in their organizations and beyond.

Everyone has natural preferences in how they direct their energy, take in information, make decisions, and approach structure versus flexibility. As a certified MBTI® Master Practitioner, I help leaders and teams gain deeper insight into these preferences, fostering greater self-awareness, stronger communication, and more effective leadership development.

Successful leaders engage coaching to sharpen their skills, tackle challenges, and continue growing. Coaching helps executives, managers, and entrepreneurs build effectiveness and achieve meaningful transformation.
I work with leaders on presence, influence, tough conversations, succession planning, delegation, balance, relationships, and conflict resolution, and more. I'm a non-judgmental strategic partner in whatever they need to accomplish.
Leadership coaching focuses on the systems, challenges, and opportunities leaders face in organizations. It’s provided by coaches with deep leadership experience and specialized training. While the emphasis is professional, coaching often has a profound impact on a leader’s whole life.
Both. Sometimes leaders hire me independently, and other times I’m engaged by Employee Development staff or senior leaders within an organization.
Coaching programs are customized to your goals. After an initial deep‑dive session, we typically meet for 50–90 minutes two or three times a month, virtually or in person. As progress builds, sessions may taper to monthly or bi‑monthly. I can offer additional support, between sessions, by telephone or e-mail.
Coaching is a collaborative conversation focused on your goals. I listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and introduce tools or techniques when helpful. I may give you assignments to apply between sessions, and in some cases, we may agree to include feedback assessments to increase self-awareness.
I’ve been coaching independently for over 20 years. I completed my initial coach training at Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program in 2006, and since then I’ve worked with leaders across industries to strengthen their effectiveness and achieve meaningful growth.
Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly a decade as a Managing Director in an international marketing and communications firm, leading large teams and managing business operations on both coasts. That experience helps me understand the real challenges leaders face and informs my practical, results‑oriented coaching style.
When I’m not working with leaders — and often when I am — I’m traveling the world as a home and cat sitter, making mosaic art, rowing competitively, reading, or enjoying tea. I believe a well‑rounded life makes me a stronger coach, and many clients tell me they value how I model the balance, curiosity, and growth they want for themselves.
For over 20 years, I’ve coached executives, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders to sharpen skills, tackle challenges, and grow with confidence. Trained at Georgetown University, I bring real‑world leadership experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve meaningful results.
